Bank Manager Toby

Bank Manager Toby is the manager of the Dimension Banks branch in Stick RPG 2. He serves no purpose other than directing the player to use the ATM. He is in the bank during the morning and afternoon hours then leaves after the bank closes in the evening. Although Toby leaves, the other two NPC's in the bank do not. Toby only has one line of dialogue:
