Vinnie is a character that appears in Stick RPG 2 as well as in his own game series, Sift Heads. He can be found in Wally! Mart with during the morning, and at Vinnie's during the evening and night. While at Vinnie's, Vinnie will give you the Hitman job (arguably the best in the game). The reward for finishing the Hitman job is the Secret Weapon.
